Youth Fitness

The point and purpose of the Youth Fitness program is to give students a chance to develop their bodies in new and exciting ways.  The whole concept behind each of the activities is Play with Purpose.  Each exercise is chosen with the maximum benefit and fun in mind!  Students are engaged in a wide variety of activities that boost not only their self confidence but also; their coordination, stamina, acceleration, footwork and many other essential developmental benefits.  Did I mention it’s fun!  Take a look for yourself!
